At Meowzik Apparel, every item is custom printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection — please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we've got you covered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with:
Your order number
A photo of the issue
We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund. Orders marked "delivered" by the carrier are not eligible unless there is evidence of misdelivery.
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
