1. General These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. By using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All products are custom printed on demand. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and print processes. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via PayPal. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Order Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful, within 2–5 business days. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Meowzik Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Defective or damaged items will be reprinted or refunded within 30 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of Meowzik Apparel and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Meowzik Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
